About Tracey

Tracey van Marcke’s career in nonprofit, association, and healthcare leadership has been focused on rapid growth and organizational transformation. She specializes in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation and has led organizations through start-up and growth phases with a focus on strategic alignment, mission, and measurable results.

Tracey is the founder and principal of TvM Impact Consulting, where she provides part-time, interim, and project-based executive level operations support to nonprofit leaders. She previously served as the CEO of the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association’s affiliated nonprofit, VHHA Foundation, where she led the dramatic growth of programs and funding to support the foundation’s mission to improve the health of all Virginians through collaboration, research, and education. She also gained critical knowledge of Virginia’s healthcare nonprofit and safety net organizations through her role leading oral health programs for the Virginia Health Care Foundation. Before moving to Virginia, she served in various operational and administrative leadership roles at The Valley Health System in Ridgewood, New Jersey.

Tracey received her undergraduate degree from Drew University and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, reading fiction, and “empty nesting” with her husband in their fun new neighborhood in the City of Richmond.
