
About Sarah
Sarah Palazzolo is a Program Manager with Virginia Health Catalyst, where she supports projects related to drinking water equity and integrated, comprehensive care.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Sarah worked as a community organizer, social worker, teacher, and paralegal. Her career has focused on expanding access to healthcare and legal services for all, regardless of race, gender, language, or immigration status. She has Bachelor’s in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University in Washington, DC, and a Master's in Social Work from VCU with a concentration in policy and program planning. During her time at VCU, she had the opportunity to learn about health equity initiatives in Richmond through internships with the perinatal program at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry and the Medical-Legal Partnership at VCU Health.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring local parks and hiking trails with her dog, Ruby, and spending time with family and friends.
