Kim's passion for bookkeeping and accounting shines through in her work with small businesses and nonprofits. As the financial guardian at Catalyst, she juggles grant compliance, billing, and payroll with grace and ease. Her sharp eyes watch over every transaction, ensuring Catalyst's resources fuel their mission to improve health equity across the state.

Before diving into Catalyst's world in 2019, Kim honed her accounting skills in the competitive public accounting arena, spending seven years at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC). After raising her three children, she returned to the field, drawn to the impact nonprofits like Catalyst have on communities. She takes immense pride in the organization's growth and accomplishments, having witnessed its evolution from the Virginia Oral Health Coalition to Virginia Health Catalyst.

In her free time, Kim enjoys exploring the world with her husband, cheering on their beloved JMU Dukes, and immersing herself in the comfort of a good audiobook. Kim is an invaluable asset to the Catalyst team.
