Daniel Hillard serves as Virginia Health Catalyst’s Administrative Manager. In this role, he handles all of Catalyst’s daily office operations and supports all educational, programmatic activities, and events.

Before joining Virginia Health Catalyst, Daniel worked in Performing Arts Management at the University of Richmond Modlin Center for the Arts. While in theatre administration He oversaw daily student activities, performances, and day-to-day theater operations. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019. During his anthropological studies, he engaged in many avenues of community-based student activism and found his passion for influencing long-term systemic change through organized and intentional personal engagement. Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys traveling, writing, theatre, and community building.
