OHVBC Assessment Rating Scale

The rating scale for these items follow:

Rating	Description
5-Fully developed and deployed	The OHVBC capacity is fully developed and deployed throughout the organization. (The organization has fully adopted this capacity.)
4-Developed, incompletely deployed	The OHVBC capacity is developed, but incompletely deployed throughout the organization. (The organization has nearly adopted this capacity.)
3-In development	The OHVBC capacity is in development, but has not been deployed in the organization. (The organization has partially adopted this capacity.)
2-In discussion	The OHVBC capacity has been discussed within the last two years, but no development activity is occurring at the organization. (The organization is considering adopting this capacity.)
1-Not considered	The OHVBC capacity has not been considered by the organization in the last two years. (The organization has no plans for this capacity.)
