The Catalyst Annual Summit brings together community leaders, health professionals, advocates, policymakers, and emerging changemakers to explore how whole-person health is taking shape across Virginia, and what it will take to sustain the progress we've made.

This year, we focus on what that looks like in practice: how partnerships are improving access, how community-centered systems are working on the ground, and how a supported workforce makes lasting impact possible. Grounded in access, impact, and capacity, sessions connect real-world examples with practical strategies you can bring back to your own organization and community.

Access — Ensuring people can get the care they need. Integrated care models in action, reducing coverage gaps and administrative barriers, and community-based access points that meet people where they are.

Impact — Investing in the conditions that shape health. Water, housing, and food as health drivers; using data to advance equity; and turning community-informed evidence into policy and practice.

Capacity — Building a resilient, equitable workforce and system. Workforce recruitment, retention, and loan repayment; interdisciplinary care teams; and scaling what works through policy and systems alignment.
