2025 Catalyst Annual Summit

We’re so glad you’re interested in attending the 2025 Catalyst Annual Summit! The Summit will be held on October 17 at the Westin Richmond from 8 AM to 3:45 PM.

Please select a registration type below and continue to complete the registration form. All registrations must be complete, including payment information, by October 13, 2025. There will be no on-site registration.

You can register up to 10 people at a time.

You will receive a confirmation email with details and receipt information after your registration and payment have been processed.

Payment Policy: Registrants can pay by credit card or by mailed check. Registrations are not complete until payment is processed; all registrations and payments must be received by October 13, 2025.

Paying by Check? Click “Invoice” at the end of the registration form to print your invoice to mail with your check. Make checks payable to “Virginia Health Catalyst” and send them to:
