About Natisha

Natisha Knight is Virginia Health Catalyst’s Vice President of Community Engagement and Advocacy. In this role, she leads Catalyst’s community engagement efforts and ensures that community input guides Catalyst’s policy, programmatic, and research and evaluation efforts. She also directs Catalyst’s grassroots outreach and advocacy.

Natisha began her career as an elementary school teacher where her passion for advancing equity for children and families was planted. In 2013 she transitioned to serving as a nonprofit leader with various organizations in Richmond, working to educate and empower children, youth, and families. Natisha is a graduate of the Emerging Nonprofit Leaders Program and Leadership Metro Richmond. Throughout her career she has served on numerous boards and committees including Children’s Home Society, Sportable, and Collective 365.

Outside of the office, Natisha can be found spending time with her amazing daughter, Naysa. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and advocating for equity and inclusion efforts in the community.
