Kimberly serves as Virginia Health Catalyst's Program Director. In this role, she leads collaborative, health-saving grant-funded initiatives focused on equity, policy change, public health, community and clinical care, and public awareness.

Kimberly brings over 10 years of quality improvement experience, as well as training and grassroots organizational skills, to the Program Director position. In 2017, she earned a Master of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond and is currently working towards her Master of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling her 4.5-year-old fur baby Winchester, taking long naps, and experimenting with different recipes in the kitchen.
