Greg Herceg serves as Virginia Health Catalyst's Fractional CFO to help oversee the organization’s internal accounting practices. Greg is a Director of Warren Whitney and brings more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership and financial, operational, and commercial management in both the nonprofit and private sectors. With a breadth of experience that includes service, manufacturing, and financial service environments, Greg works with clients on overseeing finance/accounting functions, performing financial analyses, improving operational efficiencies, developing and implementing strategic plans, and managing change. He typically serves Warren Whitney clients in such roles as interim or fractional CFO, Controller, COO, and Assistant to the President.
