
About Elliot
Elliot Popoff serves as Virginia Health Catalyst's Senior Program Manager. In this role, he manages grant-funded initiatives focused on equity, policy change, public health, community and clinical care, and public awareness.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Elliot worked as a Project Director on a training and technical assistance program for health clinics working with LGBTQIA+ youth. He comes to Catalyst with public health expertise in program development, implementation and evaluation, as well as eight years' experience working in clinical settings. He has a passion for health equity and a deep understanding of the complex intersections of identity, discrimination, and health care access. Elliot completed both his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and his Masters of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education at the University of Michigan.
Outside the office, Elliot enjoys making pottery, traveling with his partner, and spending time with family and friends.
