Chloe Van Zandt serves as Virginia Health Catalyst's Director of Water. In this role, she leads Catalyst's drinking water equity initiatives to ensure everyone in the Commonwealth has equitable access to safe, trusted, fluoridated drinking water that is preferred. This includes leading the Water Equity Taskforce, a statewide, collaborative, and multisector group of individuals passionate about water equity. She employs her expertise in policy and an understanding of the implications of federal, state, and local policies on drinking water to make this work successful.

Before joining Virginia Health Catalyst, Chloe worked in higher education where she coordinated community organizing to engage students in activism. Chloe earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boise State University and her Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
