Alle Witt serves as Virginia Health Catalyst's Development Director. In this role, she oversees Catalyst's fundraising activities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donors, and the annual Virginia Oral Health Summit.
Alle completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Music from the College of William & Mary in 2012 and her Masters of Social Work, with a concentration in Social Work Administration, Planning, and Policy Practice (SWAPPP), in 2015. She is a graduate of the Emerging NonProfit Leaders Program through the NonProfit Learning Center of the Community Foundation. Prior to her work at Catalyst, Alle served as the Grants Manager at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, a non-profit which operates two charitable healthcare clinics serving low-income, medically underserved communities in Central Virginia. She also previously worked at the Richmond Peace Education Center (RPEC), and is still an active RPEC volunteer in her free time. Outside of the office, Alle enjoys attending live music and arts events, singing (especially classical music), cooking, baking, and working on creative projects.
